I have spent some time reading through past forum posts and I was wondering where things stand with respect to these topics:

End-user participation
Are there any plans to create a WIKI for user-generated content?  I wasn't able to find any current information on this old discussion:

It looks like maintaining documentation takes away from development time and some end-users may be willing to help.

Tutorials/Best Practices/Tips and tricks
There are a number of old forum posts where people are asking for advice on how to best use MLO.  This information is generally scattered all over the forum and some of it may be outdated.  Are there any plans to place this type of information into something that is more user friendly?

+1
Lisa was doing a book on MLO and use cases. Not sure how that is going?
There is forum search, but I find that hit and miss most times.
Maybe use some sort of tags on posts so that they can be found by topic/tag and organise the Wiki by MLO feature and task management topic.
I'm ashamed to admit I tried using the search in MLO for the first time the other day. Wow! I was thinking about setting up a history Context to keep old tasks to hand, but that search feature just blew it away. If only the forum were the same :-)

There is a few years of good discussion on here, somewhere..... It's good to browse, but most times I don't have a spare hour or so to track stuff down.

I was just reading through the documentation in the section for setting up outlook synchronization and some of the information is difficult to understand.  In other cases, the information does not include enough detail and requires a lot of trial and error or sorting through the large volume of forum posts that.  I will probably end up creating a separate thread asking for clarification on those topics as well as trying to figure things out on my own while I wait for responses.

I would very much support the creation of a wiki.  Has there been any thought of creating one on a platform like Wikia?  I would help populate what I can.
