Computed Score not working

I am current running the pro version 4.3.1.  The computed score is zero on all of my tasks.  I change the priority, urgency, due date, start date.  None of it appears to change the computed score.  In my options, I have the settings set to the default with the exception of using increased priority for overdue tasks.  

I have reset the importance of all of my tasks to see if that would help.  When I go back into my tasks and change the parameters it still does not change the score.  It shows zero on all of them.  

Any ideas about how to get this working would be appreciated.

Hi, Have you checked to sort tasks by computed score, in the view settings?

I have set up a view and sorted by computed score.  As far as I can see there is no computed score working.  I have set in my options to show my computed score in task statistics.  I show importance as zero, urgency as zero, and Importance&urgency as zero on all tasks.  I checked on my laptop (which I sync to) as well last night and it is showing the same results.  Not sure if there is something wrong with my mlo file or if it is something else.  I have re-installed software to no avail.  I told it to get rid of my settings but when I re-install it still shows my license, etc...
