Can I set Recurrence just with Start Date?

Hi，I want set a Recurrence for my credit card paying my bill. The statement date is 18th every month，and the repayment date is 25 days after the satement date.

Here is the problem, in the current version of MLO, i cant get this done.

So, how can i get this through?

To set a recurrence, you have to have something that has both a start and a due date.  In your example, the due date would be the 13th of each month (I added 25 to 18 and ignored months with 31).  You can set the start date to a reasonable amount ahead of that (such as 25 days lead time).  Please let me know if that didn't clear it up.
