Hello,
The only way I know how to do this is to go to the MyLifeOrganized installation folder, then into a subfolder called \Sound. You can then replace the mloReminder.wav sound file with any other sound file you like. Just give your replacement sound file the name "mloReminder" and that will be the one which gets played by default.
