iOS Family Sharing

Hi All

I have 2 iphones. My personal phone and and a work phone. I used to have both phones on the same AppleID. But things have not been going smoothly with work so i decided to create an AppleID for the work phone to keep different contact lists etc. 

I have been a long time user of MLO & Cloudsync and it worked great when I had both phones on a single AppleID. Since making the workphone AppleID nd wiping the phone clean and doing a reinstall of everything, MLO says it is not in PRO mode. I have apple family sharing turned on the my personal phone ( the creator ID of the family) but it wont go into PRO mode. What am I missing?
