Staff are scattered. They all used to live and work in and around Kharkiv which appears to have been the #2 target (after Kiev) at the start of the invasion, so most if not all fled the city. One person from Customer Support is a refugee in the UK. Males cannot leave the country but generally they have found places where they can work. However, things that used to be handled in a couple of hours are now taking a couple of days. If they have not gotten back to you yet, they should in a couple of days. If no, don't be afraid to send a followup email saying specifically what you need (ie activation information). Question: did you receive any email confirming the information that you saw on your screen at time of purchase?
