How to stop MLO syncing with Outlook?

I tried syncing with Outlook. Now it works but i can´t find a way to stop it?

I am not in front of the pc, so I may be wrong. It seems that the are some sync related settings in the File menu. Could you please check?

In February 2016, Andrey MLO developer posted:
"... No such option. I remember that MLO detected that you do not sync for too long to Outlook and proposes to disconnect.
If you want to do it manually probably the best way to copy/past your tasks to the new data file.
