Columns and tabs

I'm new to MLO.  Is it possible to have tabs that display different columns, or columns in a different order?  When I create a new tab, it seems to display the same columns, in the same order, as the original tab.

The columns are stored in the views (see left bar) not in the tabs
(called "workspaces" in MLO). You can create different views, and then
have the workspaces use these different views.
