filter like <=5 min not work correct

I trayed a advanced filtering like
timerequiredmax <=5min, but the resualt get only < 5min,without=5min
and than i tray the <6min,but it get the <=6min
also i traied all the time like 5\10\15\20... all the times of 5 is make the <= work like <,and other time (6/8 or any other....)will work <like <=
