Hi.

I share files across multiple devices.  For reasons I won’t go into, when I work in my office I don’t want reminders on my tablet so I turn them off.  I also don’t want reminders on my desktop, but presently I can’t turn them off without effecting reminders on the other platforms.

DESIRED BEHAVIOR: A master switch on the desktop called “Allow reminders”…same as the tablet version.

Hahaha I’ll bet one of you geni-asses (geniuses) will tell me it’s already there!  Please do!

I don't know a way to turn them off completely, but instead of the - sometimes annoying  - standard "reminder window" you can set the reminders to appear in the form of very quick notifications that disappear automatically. To do so you simply have to 1-set a random reminder 2-press on the "link" below that says "Alerts: Desktop alert ; Play sound". 2-Check Show desktop alert and uncheck "Activate in Remiders windows" 4-Press "Save as default"

And you are done

The new configuration will work for all new reminders that you will set from now on, but for the already existing remiders you will have to reconfigure them manually one by one.

Hope this helps
