Make project completion percentage factor into computed-score for subtasks

Hello, can we make project completion percentage factor into computed-score? If you have a lot of tasks to get done within a project with a set deadline, I imagine the urgency of getting these subtasks done should increase! I would recommend making it so that as the completion percentage of a given project is increased, the urgency of the remaining subtasks should decrease.

just estimate the duration of each task within a project and also add an buffer time just in case and sum everything up and add as the LEAD TIME value with the due date to get an proper start date that will bend the computed-score priority accordingly to the completion of the tasks (aka, the passage of the time = the duration of the tasks).
