How do I get a custom view from the windows pc to my android device?

Hi Randy.  Sorry,  you can't do it yet.  The latest iPhone release supports importing views that were exported from Windows. There’s a new version for Android that didn't hit beta yet that's rumored to have this same functionality.  So, for now, ir's not here yet.

You can’t get MLO/Android V2 because it isn’t ready yet. You have to wait.
