आदरणीय साथियों , 

जैसा कि हम लोग काफ़ी दिनों से देख रहे हे , कि सुपरटेक अपनी ज़ार सोसाइटी को पूर्णतह regularise कराने में कोई सकारात्मक रुचि नही दिखा रहा हे और ग्रेटर नॉएडा प्राधिकरण भी सुस्त बैठा हुआ हे और हम लोगों को दिन प्रतिदिन गुमराह किया जा रहा हे और आश्वासन दिया जा रहा हे कि अपनी सोसाइटी जल्द regularise हो जाएगी ।

 *कब तक हम लोग अपने हाथ पर हाथ रखकर बैठे रहें ?* 

*कब तक हम लोग इंतज़ार करें ?

साथियों कृपया विचार विमर्श करें और संगठित होकर आगे की योजना बनाएँ जिससे जल्द से जल्द हमें हमारे घर मिल सकें और धोकेबाजों को सख़्त सज़ा मिले ।

Dear Rajiv ji,

Mr. Shivram (9818191670)  is the advocate who won the case for socrates allottees.
he seems to be a sharp advocate. highlights being
1. full refund of principle amount with 18% interest.
2. rs 10 lakhs as compensation for mental agony
3. Rs 50000 to be given to all complainants as litigation expense.

we must surely contact him.

I feel this is the high time to take the decision for Court Case in National Consumer Court.
