Also note that, as per the order dated 10th June, it is imperative for the promoter to actively engage in resolving construction and infrastructure-related issues and IRP’s role is limited to keeping the Corporate Debtor as a going concern and performing a supervisory function.

As the monsoon has now begun in Delhi/NCR, we are once again witnessing the poor condition of the basement and internal roads, which is highly disappointing.

Despite our repeated follow-ups and your assurances, the ground reality remains unchanged. It appears that the two-three additional motors, which were promised to be deployed for water removal from the basement during rain, have still not been installed.

Furthermore, the sewer cleaning seems to have been done inadequately, if at all. After yesterday’s rainfall, the existing motors were started quite late, causing severe inconvenience to the residents trying to access their vehicles in the basement.

This situation is not acceptable!! 

We urge you to take immediate corrective action and ensure that:

The promised additional motors are installed without further delay.

Proper and thorough cleaning of all sewer lines is carried out.

Motors are activated in a timely manner during rainfall to prevent water accumulation.

Please share a status update with the AOA at the earliest, and confirm the steps being taken to avoid such issues going forward.
