अपनी सोसाइटी में ऐसे कितने लोग हे जिनका फ़्लैट seal/ villa हो गया हे , रेजिस्ट्री नही हुयी हे । 
और चाहते हे कि हमारा पेमेंट जो फ़्लैट / विला ख़रीदने में सुपरटेक को दिया हे बो with interest वापस मिल जाए ।

I have not yet got possession but still paying EMI of 25 k since last 5+ years.

ये सुपरटेक हम सभी लोगों की भावनाओं के साथ खेल रहा हे और ये जानबूझकर case को delay करा रहा हे , ये चाहता हे case delay हो और ये case जितना delay होगा उतना उसका फ़ायदा हे । 
अपने यहाँ कई लोग ऐसे हे जो गम्भीर परेशानियों की वजह से refund चाहते हे । आए दिन लोगों के फ़ोन आते हे case के बारे में पूछते हे और हम सिर्फ़ उनको तारीख़ पे तारीख़ बताते रहते हे ।
**AOA चाहती हे ये सोसाइटी जल्द legalise हो , CAM चार्जेज़ कम हो , हमें पूरी facilities मिलें जिसका सुपरटेक ने फ़्लैट बेचते समय commitment किया था और जब तक case चल रहा हे जिसको refund चाहिए उसको builder refund करे ।*
लेकिन सुपरटेक हम residents को कमज़ोर समझता हे अपनी मनमानी , गुंडागर्दी और लगातार fraud कर रहा हे । और हम सब अपने हाथ पर हाथ रख कर बैठे हे और तारीख़ का इंतज़ार करते रहते हे। 
मेरा मानना हे जो लोग ( ऐसे 70-80 लोग जो refund चाहते हे जिनसे मेरी बात हुयी हे ) उनको with interest refund मिले और club membership charges और facilities में fraud किया हे उसके लिए तत्काल हम लोग FIR दर्ज कराएँ । 
**सुपरटेक द्वारा किए गये fraud लिए अपने जिले के Ssp महोदय श्री लव कुमार जी से बात हुयी हे शनिवार को उन्होंने मिलने के लिए कहा हे*
नोट- Refund बिल्डिंग टूटने पर ही नही मिलता उससे पहले भी मिल सकता हे बाद में जब सोसाइटी legalise हो जाए फिर बो फ़्लैट बिल्डर किसी को बेचता रहे ।

We have made 100% payment in February but never got possession. We are also in the opinion to get refund with interest.
