Take 2: Upgrading from 3.1.0 to a newer version

Hi.

Continuing with the upgrading, when executing getServiceProviderPropertiesForSP in the attached mapper it complains of :

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0

Is there anything that needs to be updated in the Mapper?

`<select />` needs `resultType` or `resultMap` attribute.
