I can't login to app

Hi! I can't login to My Leaf on Android phone. Nissan Connect works fine but when I use the same login/password for My Leaf it doesn't work. My car is from 2020 so I chosed world for region. I restarted my phone and reinstalled the app but it didn't help. Any ideas?

Sounds strange!

I am observing no issues with my accounts used for testing.

Try changing your password. Sounds stupid but I've had others with similar issues that solved it that way around.
