Having updated I have had two instances where Managed Software Center reports a "Conflicting application running" even when the application it is not running. Yesterday Spotify Today RStudio.

This appears to be affecting my M1 mac mini but possibly not my Intel mac mini.

I am certain that I had Rstudio open on both computers yesterday although I have less certainty regarding Spotify.

This may also be a result of updating to 15.3.1
