Your issue seems related to SimpleMDM’s Munki implementation.

I am not a SimpleMDM customer, in fact I work for a competitor of theirs.

 

It looks like the following can be used to raise a request with SimpleMDM - https://simplemdm.pdq.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
