I am looking to update our Mac labs from 10.12 to 10.13 using Munki.  I am running into an issue where I run the munkiimport command and get the 10.13 installer into munki and then check it on my test machine and the installer does not show up.  After retracing my steps I see there is an Authentication error during the munki import process.  Is there something else I am missing?

That authentication error is normal, and it’s addressed by the prompt for credentials when Munki goes to build the dmg for the High Sierra installer.
Do you have Munki 3 installed on your test client?
Output from /usr/local/munki/managedsoftwareupdate -vvvv would probably provide some useful information.

Adam, it looks as if you haven't configured a software repo for your client.

Try running

sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/ManagedInstalls SoftwareRepoURL "http://nameofyourreposerver.com/path/to/the/repo"

Thanks the client seems to be working fine.  I didn't have the latest version of munki tools on my test computer which caused it not to see the Mac OS installer
