The pathname of the item in the repo has different case

I am getting the error below when MakeCatalogs.munki runs in AutoPkgr. The apps still deploy, but this error comes up every time.

• makecatalogs failed: WARNING: pkgsinfo/global/apps/Onyx/OnyX14-3.8.7.plist refers to installer item: global/apps/OnyX/OnyX14-3.8.7.dmg. The pathname of the item in the repo has different case: pkgs/global/apps/Onyx/OnyX14-3.8.7.dmg. This may cause issues depending on the case-sensitivity of the underlying filesystem. WARNING: pkgsinfo/global/apps/Onyx/OnyX14-3.9.6.plist refers to installer item: global/apps/OnyX/OnyX14-3.9.6.dmg. The pathname of the item in the repo has different case: pkgs/global/apps/Onyx/OnyX14-3.9.6.dmg. This may cause issues depending on the case-sensitivity of the underlying filesystem. Failed.

This isn't really an appropriate topic for munki-dev as it does not involve the development of Munki.

The munki-discuss or autopkg-discuss groups would be better forums. That said, the warning from makecatalogs seems pretty clear to me. The failure message seems to be coming from autopkg.
