Need immediate help with main water valve

Y’all

The water from the street connects to another hose which runs through my garden and under the ground.

The connecting point between hoses is right behind the blue bottle tree in the south west corner of my inner perennial garden

The connection is currently leaking everywhere

.. either needs a new washer or a new fixture. We are completely out of pocket with a new grandchild and daughter-in-law still in the hospital and Providing what the eight-year-old needs.

Most of you know the water can be turned off at the street in the north west corner of the slope

It would be great if somebody could respond to this . I know Joy is gone until later in June.
