Rocky and Dave,
Would you please forward this to your respective groups? I'm having trouble sending it to them directly. Many thanks. Dave, I hope you are feeling better every day. I'd really like to catch up. Let's have coffee soon.

Friends,
It's probably a bad time to sell a high-end bike as many of us are wondering how we will pay the holiday bills. If you are interested, I'd would be happy to put it on "lay away" till your bank account recovers.
I'm selling this incredible Serotta Ottrott SE simply because we are moving into smaller quarters, and I need to reduce my fleet. In addition, at my age my riding skills are diminishing, and the capabilities of this machine far exceed those of its current
owner. I am the second owner, but the bike has been ridden lightly and lovingly cared for. It is in pristine condition. Some pundits said that this was one of the finest bicycles ever made ... ever.
-
56 cm (effective) c-to-c top tube. It is a sloping top tube, so this is measured horizontally center to center
-
This is the “SE” model, which is the custom Ottrott with nicer looking joints joining the carbon and titanium tubes. Ben Serotta gave buyers of custom bikes many choices regarding stiffness and size. The original
owner ordered only a slightly taller headtube for a more relaxed position. He did not order anything special regarding stiffness or size.
-
SRAM Force 10 Speed group. 11-28 cassette and newer chain. The group functions flawlessly.
-
Mavic Aksium Race wheelset.
-
Newer Vittoria Rubino Pro Graphine 2.0 25 mm tires. The frame will not accommodate 28 mm tires with the current rims – wider rims might make 28s work but I won't vouch for that. 26s or 27s will likely work.
-
Serotta F3 Fork. Rare and highly prized.
-
FSA bars (alloy), stem (alloy), and seat post (carbon)
-
Fizik Arione saddle
-
Crank arms are 175 mm
-
The Dura-Ace pedals pictured are not included
-
Serial number OS X00989
-
It is the quickest and most comfortable bike I have ever owned.
