Were you on a bike when you took the picture?

I’ve also noticed they getting increasingly aggressive about blocking that path, I’ve only approached it when I know they’r not working.

After doing photography for two large construction co. I understand what they are doing.  The construction co. Is responsible for anything that happens on site.  As a independent contractor I had to sign a lot of waivers to work on site.  There were some sites I photographed that I had one of there people with me at all times.
