What does the value(number) in the color bar represent?

Hi there,

Attached is the quartz c-axis pole figure diagram plotted using plotPDF() function. Can anyone please clarify what does the numbers along the color bar represent? As I checked, they are different from texture index. Does the number represent 'multiples of uniform distribution' as commonly used in a lot of EBSD studies? Are they just some numerical artifacts? Or some other index? Please let me know about it !

(Note: this plot is a result of VPSC modeling !)

these are multiples of the random distribution.
