Good afternoon,

 I think that boat was on a mooring south of us. Earlier in the season, we saw some guys using the boat but we haven’t seen anyone on it in a while. We are still on our mooring. (Ohana) I believe they used Ralph’s launch services. We are likely heading down there later and could ask Ralph’s if they know anything.

Hello again. 

Ralph’s is aware as is See tow. Sea tow couldn’t get to it but plan to come back. It is the boat that was by us. I’m thinking it broke off the mooring. Hopefully it didn’t do any damage to any boats.
