Feb Launch, and A big launch update

Hey,

The next launch is on February 4th, at Snow Ranch, captains let me know if your team is attending. Snow ranch is a quite a drive away and there is nothing, out there. Please bring food and water along with your launch supplies as well as repair supplies. If you have questions or need help arranging rides let me know.

Update from LUNAR:

TARC Teams,
Since I was asked about the launch situation, I thought that I would send
out a launch status. We can hold extra launches at Snow Ranch.  In fact there are already launches at Snow Ranch on March 5th and 12th.  These are likely to be all day launches or at least most of the day, with students flying cansats. I am trying to get a TARC only launch on the last Sunday in March and the first Sunday in April.  No word yet from the MAF management team.
