github version

Dear all,

I try mriqc with the docker version and it is working fine. But for a cluster use, I need to have it natively within my local python.
I try the installation

pip install -r https://raw.githubusercontent.com/poldracklab/mriqc/master/requirements.txt
pip install git+https://github.com/poldracklab/mriqc.git

whithin a python3.6 conda env

mriqc -h gives me the help message but when I am trying to run it I get the following error :

    nlog.getLogger('workflow').setLevel(log_level)
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'setLevel'


It seems I do not have the correct nipipe version ?
When I previously (on year before) install mriqc, I follow the instruction to get a particular nipe version. 
I do not see this information any more in the doc
Did I miss something ?

Hi Romain,

This is a problem currently on my plate, I'll have to merge https://github.com/poldracklab/mriqc/pull/726 that fixes this. Which I'll do ASAP.
