Single cycle Oscil (for envelopes)

Hi!

Trying to think of a way to limit an oscillator to 1 cycle for control rate modulation of things.

I can reset it with .setPhase but not sure of the best approach to make it stop at the end of the phase if wanted.

thought I'd put the idea out in case it had been done before :)
