Hello,
I've been running a nice stable system which has a Raspberry Pi 3 with three USB webcams, and two remote webcams which are standard Pi Zero W devices.  Everything's been running brilliantly... until I just decided to try the latest version this morning on one of the Zeros.  The firmware seemed to upgrade ok, the video stream re-appeared... and since then I can't access the settings on any device!  If I'm logged onto my main Pi 3 (which is the central device that pulls in the two remote web streams into a single page of 5 streams), and click the triple-line for the menu, the menu pane opens but is very, very dark text (almost invisible) and nothing works.

If I click the settings spanner on any other window, absolutely nothing happens.

I've tried powering off the single Pi Zero W that had the software update, and rebooting the Pi 3, but I still have the same problem.  I've tried logging off and on again with no change.

Any help is very gratefully received as I currently can't change any settings or firmware on any of the devices!

Thanks
Richard

What was the old version, and what was the new version you tried to update to?
Can you hook up a monitor to either the PiZero or Pi3 to watch the boot up?
Can you SSH into any of the Pis?

Dear friend,

Open the ssh and check for resource usage (Use Linux command) . We meet the CPU 100% when add more cam or enable motion detect of camera .

Regard,
Oramon

Thank you guys so much for the very quick help!

I decided to turn all devices off, and close all browser windows on both the PCs that were monitoring the system.  I then rebooted everything, and now it's fine.  It looks like during the upgrade, some cookies or cache values were left that were invalid, and clearing everything has now made it work again.

Phew!  And thank you again for your kind suggestions.

Best regards
Richard
