Mooltipass not responding

So my mooltipass (Mini BLE) no longer shows anything on screen, neither when putting in the smart card or when plugging into the PC. The PC can still see it but I cannot do anything with it. 
1. Is there a way I can reset it and maybe bring it back to life
2. Is there a way to pull a backup off it without user input (I don't believe so)

Hello,

I'm guessing the device is stuck... could you perform a hard reboot by:
- unplugging the device from USB
- pressing the wheel for 30 seconds
- connecting it back to USB

Could you update it to bundle v12? that should prevent it from happening again :)
