I purchased two Mooltipass Mini BLE units during the crowdfunding phase. I just got around to firing them up for the first time, and boy did I get problems.
The first unit, I plugged in, and inserted the card. The unit asked if I wanted to set up a new user, which I did. I created the user, and then took my eyes off the unit for a few minutes. Whe I came back, the unit screen was blank, and I had to unplug ot for a while and then plug it back in to get it back. However, the card I created the new user on is corrupted; all I get when I plug the card in is "Unknown Card Inserted". Any way to reset the card?
The other unit I was marginally more successful with. I plugged it in, inserted another card, and set up a user again. However, when I scroll through the Settings menu, I get "002 Contact Support" errors.
