The "app" (for firefox) is killing the browser.

Ok, maybe not KILLING, but it is making it noticeably slower.

Why do I say this?

For a long time I haven't had it installed.

For other reasons I installed it and then went back to using the machine as normal.

I would open edit pages of some remote machines I have and they were deadly slow.

If I waited long  enough they would work/load, and closing the editing would also be slow.

Then I got a pop up informing me that the Moolitpass addon was slowing down the browser.

To test this, I opened `about:addons` and disabled the addon.

Went back and the pages worked as expected with little/no delay.

I shall see if I can make a video of this if needed, but just now I am working on a few other problems.

Seems it never rains: it pours!   (With problems)

We had this bug a very long while ago... but thought we had fixed it.

Could you share with us your hardware configuration, which tabs are opened when this issue happens?

Alas due to other reasons with Firefox I have ALL addons disabled.

My system:

Ubuntu 21.04 LTS

NUC  Intel® Core™ i5-7260U CPU @ 2.20GHz × 4

          Mesa Intel® Iris(R) Plus Graphics 640 (Kaby Lake GT3e)

          64 bit O/S

          Gnome 3.38.5

          Windows system X11

Firefox 102.0

"Opened tabs".....   Hundreds.....

App version 1.10.8 - only just installed it the other day.

Oh, sorry...   All the addons were disabled the other day.

The app/addon was active when this "thing" happened.

I got one of those popups at the top of the window, something about moolitpass is slowing the system.  I didn't read every word and should have taken a scren shot.

But as fast as it happened, it went away.

FireFox was being annoying.

I went in and disabled the addon and tried what I was doing again and it worked straight away.

I shall say though that just now there are a lot of things going on.

Firefox is being a pain and every time I load it I have to log into all sites.

(But that's a whole other problem)
