Hi,

Wondering if anybody has suggestions. My Mini still 'works' to some extent but it's confused.
The real frustration is the the username and passwords sent from the device to any web site or text editor does not work. The information looks corrupted. But if I go into moolticute, I can send the correct password from the device and read it. I plugged it into another computer and it behaves the same.
The plugin does not bring up the site credentials on the mooltipass device. The only way to log in to a site is to look up the password in moolticute, entering my pin multiple times and then do a copy and paste. Very tedious.

Some other strange things:
The login screen does not clear the logo, so the number are over the logo. (not the end of the world)
After logging into the mini, it does not display the menu anymore (Favourites, Login ..), it goes directly to the login list. Sometimes I stumble into the favourites list, but I have no idea how.
Y/N prompts are not visible. You just have to know, move the wheel and guess.

Environment
It is currently being used on a M1 Macbook Os: Ventura 13.3.1(a)
Mini V1.0,
Moolticute V1.01
Device Firmware v1.2_mini
With Firefox

Suggestions would be appreciated.
I get the impression it needs the firmware re-flashed but not idea how. Happy to try it. I have passwords backups from before this.

Hello there!

It's unlikely the issue is firmware related.
Is it possible the selected layout isn't the right one?
Could you send me pictures of the screen, or even better, a video?

Mathieu

Hi Mathieu,

Thanks for getting back. Hope this helps. The login screen is not always the same. Some times the mooltipass logo is lower on the screen and wraps around to the top.
The other screen is what I see directly after entering the password. Scrolling works fine to select user name and password. sendpass.jpg

Hi Louis!

It does look like the graphics memory may be at fault.....
Can you send me a private message? I'll figure out a solution for you :)

Just as a suggestion, you might have to slow down the character rate coming from the moolticute.  I had to slow down the character rate drastically in order to not confuse my Lenovo for the BIOS password.
