Data loss after update for engine wiredtiger

After upgrading the mongo to the engine WT saw that had differences in the total number of objects after update to the new storage engine wired Tiger in mongo 3.0, someone had this probelma? it's normal? Realemente hear loss of data with the exchange of the engine, because apparently this standard system.

Note: it was done mungodump and mongorestore base

Please note that "count" command in WiredTiger may not match the count of documents in the collection under some circumstances.   Have you tried checking with db.collection.find().itcount() - which actually counts the documents rather than using the short-cut count() based on metadata?
