MongoDB 3.5.11 is released

MongoDB 3.5.11 has been released. As a reminder, 3.5.11 is a development release and is not intended for production use. The 3.5 series will evolve into 3.6, which will be for production.

New/fixed in this release:

 SERVER-5931   Secondary reads in sharded clusters need stronger consistency
 SERVER-6310   Timezone support in date operators at query time
 SERVER-18940  Optimise sharded aggregations that are targeted to a single shard
 SERVER-28918  Make CRUD write paths retryable
 SERVER-30218  Add SHA256 support
 WT-3338       Optimize cursor modify
