GNPS MS/MS library issue

Hi everyone,

As far as I understand, one of the GNPS MS/MS libraries named 'ALL_GNPS_NO_PROPOGATED' does not include the propogated spectral libraries.

However, I found that 'ALL_GNPS_NO_PROPOGATED' library does include the 'suspect' spectra.

Please look at this issue; maybe it needs to be corrected.

Hi Young-Heun,

Yes, that is the meaning of NO_PROPOGATED. If you want the SUSPECT data which is propagated, grab the other one.

It sounds as if there 'suspect' spectra inside the ALL_GNPS_NO_PROPOGATED library.
