Error in FBMN

Hi everyone, 

Hope you'll are doing great, safe and sound!!

Since yesterday I am trying to learn and get familiar with FBMN following your tutorials: very useful!! Finally, I manage to get the mgf and csv files at the end of MzMine processing. But once I submit the job to the GNPS for FBMN, the job status said its done, but when I am tried to "View all library hits under default MN results, it shows an error message "There was an error retrieving the result data for block "main" of workflow type "FEATURE-BASED-MOLECULAR-NETWORKING".  

I am wondering is there any mistake in my MzMine processing or GNPS. Any suggestions/help to solve this!

Hi Mallique, 

I also use mzMine2 for processing, and my FBMN job has the same problem. The job is done but can not view all library hits. 

Hope can get some suggestions too. Thank you all in the GNPS community.

Hi Ting and Mallique,

Its a bug on our end, it shows that message when there are no library hits. 

We're working hard to expand the libraries so hopefully soon there will be more library spectra available over the several hundred thousand already there. 

If you would like to contribute some known spectra of your own, it'll help you and the community!

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Since yesterday I am trying to view the MN, but got the same error message (FYI).

And I am new to GNPS and I don't know how much I can help to develop the library. I am very happy to help you.

Thanks for your information and GNPS contribution.

Is there any other possible reason that resulting in no library hits when using pre-processing of MZmine2? Meanwhile, I will also try to contribute my own known spectra to the community.
