letsencrypt, nginx, and hypnotoad

I am currently running a mojolicious hypnotoad app as my main web server on http://syllabus.space .  Works fine.

alas, I now want to start encrypting the exchanges with letsencrypt.  presumably this is easier if I put hypnotoad behind nginx.

before I wade more into this migration, has someone already written up a guide of how to do this?

I use this wrapped up in a small weekly cron script to keep the cert updated and to restart nginx when the cert changes
