[rpm-maven-plugin] add feature for build stages

Hi all,

I made a github pull request to add a feature to rpm-maven-plugins (https://github.com/mojohaus/rpm-maven-plugin/pull/66) last week and I am wondering what the code review process is to get it moving forward?
I read the documentation on http://www.mojohaus.org/rpm-maven-plugin/ but it is not entirely clear to me, hence the question here.
