Hello,

I work on the webstart-maven-plugin to run with jdk > 8. The PR https://github.com/mojohaus/webstart/pull/71 contains the changes.

Could someone review this PR and merge if possible?

I have a working branch locally with more changes to support native libraries, that can be applied after this PR.
