Hello everyone,

* I'd like to release versions-maven-plugin 2.8.1
* See https://github.com/mojohaus/versions-maven-plugin/milestone/8?closed=1
* Only fixed issue is the one found and fixed by Stefan Seifert concerning NPEs for display-plugin-updates when the parent of the reactor is reachable via a local path.
* Staging repository is
https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/orgcodehausmojo-1174

Vote open for 24H (success by lazy consensus) because there is only one fix to review in comparison to 2.8 (see https://groups.google.com/g/mojohaus-dev/c/vzXd_YOMFdk)
