the vote succeeded with two +1 votes by Benjamin Marwell and me. I will now promote the artifacts.
Note, that I will release a 1.3.1 soonish, because the site may not be released and published properly because of the update from mojo-parent-40 to mojo-parent-50, see https://github.com/mojohaus/extra-enforcer-rules/issues/99
