Strange behavior on Travis CI wrt invoker properties

I'm seeing a strang behavior on Travis CI I can't figure out.

What happens is that invoker.mavenOpts properties in the invoker.properties file is not being set in the IT executed by m-invoker-p. Does anyone have an idea why?

Here, -Dmaven.test.skip=true is not being set in the second execution.

Local tests on Windows, MacOS and Linux works however.
