release of versions-maven-plugin next week

if there are no objections i will do a release of versions-maven-plugin early next week - there are a lot of fixes and improvements [1], and the last release was 1,5 years ago.

what do you call "a preview"?

AFAIK, versions plugin usage is often by using LATEST with CLI, isn't it?

so any release will be catched

i assume slawomir is pointing that the unpublished release notes link [1] is not accessible in public.

but this was only a hint for the mojohaus developers here, when we are doing the official release the release notes will be available for everyone.

ah ok, I now understand

+1 for me to have a release: whatever the content, we need to releases to get feedback if something is broken

and I hope ITs are sufficient to not have anything trivial broken
