Removing findbug plugin

Hi,

It's a bit confusing to have a git repo for this plugin as it looks to be maintained somewhere whereas still deployed with the same groupId.

Users still creating issues: https://github.com/mojohaus/findbugs-maven-plugin/issues/2

IMHO we should get rid of it

But the main issue here is that central should have a feature with allowed sources. It's strange to deploy into our historical groupId from anywhere and with no control.
