[VOTE] Release extra-enforcer-rules version 1.0-beta-5

Hi,

I'd like to release version 1.0-beta-5 of the extra-enforcer-rules version

Apache's Maven Enforcer Plugin is used to apply and enforce rules on your
Maven projects.
The Enforcer plugin ships with a set of standard rules
The Mojo project hosts this project to provide extra rules which are not
part of the standard rule set.

We solved 4 issues:

Good catch, seems like http://www.mojohaus.org/development/performing-a-release.html isn't complete about this, since it still says: "Be aware, that the site will be built and deployed as well."
