Hi, I'm trying to install on my server, I'm in this step ... https://www.modpagespeed.com/doc/build_mod_pagespeed_from_source#build-packages

when I put the command line ...

make BUILDTYPE = Release AR.host = `pwd` / build / wrappers / ar.sh AR.target =` pwd` / build / wrappers / ar.sh linux_package_rpm

this console gives me ...

make: *** There is no rule to build the goal 'linux_package_rpm' STOP

That procedure for building the rpm may be outdated and was probably used for earlier versions.
These days I think you would want to run install/build_release.sh.

Now when i try 

./install/build_release.sh 

The console gives me

That probably is related to the problem you observe. Maybe I missed an instance of the broken URL?

Yes, with: 

sudo wget https://linux.web.cern.ch/linux/scientific6/docs/repository/cern/slc6X/i386/RPM-GPG-KEY-cern

And

sudo wget -O /etc/yum.repos.d/slc5-devtoolset.repo https://linux.web.cern.ch/linux/scientific5/docs/repository/cern/devtoolset/slc5-devtoolset.repo

URL brken, console gives me

2018-06-07 17:40:01 ERROR 404: Not Found.

I haven't tried it yet, but this patch hopefully gets you going:
