Sencha Touch (and ExtJS) Adapter for CouchDB

Hey Folks,

I finally got around to getting a working adapter for Sencha Touch 2.3.x with CouchDB compatible databases. This is especially relevant now that Android 4.4's Webview is based on Chromium so phonegap style apps won't be terribly slow anymore. 

If this interests you please give it a look and a good thrashing. Check out the test suite for usage, more documentation is coming soon.
