CBLListener is not unpublishing bonjour service

Hi I'm using a CBLListener with a service type for publishing a bonjour service, the publishing process is working fine. 

When the app enter to background the service is normally unpublished unless I do the foreground/background very quickly and several times. When I do this test I could see that the service still being published despite the listener is stopped.

Any ideas of what could be happen?
